Terms and Conditions of Sale, Firefly Concerts

1. General
 

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for Firefly Concerts, organized by PT FIREFLY CONCERT, a company registered in Indonesia, with its registered office at Menara Ravindo Lantai 12, Jl. Kebon Sirih Kav.75, Jakarta Pusat, Provinsi DKI, 10340, JAKARTA hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”

By purchasing a ticket, the Participant agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Ticket Purchase

 

  • Tickets for the Event are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 3 (Refunds and Cancellations).

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable without the Organizer’s prior written consent.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to request a valid ID for ticket verification.

  • Tickets must be purchased through the official channels specified by the Organizer.

 

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

 

  • Participants are eligible for a full refund if they notify the Organizer at least 48 hours before the start of the Event (Jakarta, Indonesia local time).

  • Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the Event will not be accepted.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to fireflyconcert@gmail.com.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds may exclude any applicable service or transaction fees, which are non-refundable.

  • In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, Participants will receive a full refund.

 

 

4. Event Program

 

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program or lineup without notice, provided the overall quality of the Event is maintained.

  • The Event’s duration and content are subject to change based on operational or safety considerations.

  • The Event will take place rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather conditions that endanger the safety of Participants, staff, or performers. In such cases, the Organizer may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event in accordance with applicable law.

 

5. Event Access and Conduct

 

  • The Participant agrees to comply with the Event’s house rules, as well as all instructions from Event staff.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any Participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

 

 

6. Health and Safety

 

  • The Participant acknowledges that attending the Event involves certain risks, and accepts full responsibility for their own health and safety.

  • Participants must follow any health and safety guidelines set by the Organizer, the venue, or relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

 

  • All photographs, videos, or other recordings made by the Organizer or its authorized partners during the Event may be used for promotional purposes worldwide, without time limitation, and without financial compensation to the Participant.

 

8. Liability

 

  • The Organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Participant during the Event, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • The Organizer’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Participant for the ticket.

 

 

9. Privacy Policy

 

  • The Organizer collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of organizing the Event and communicating with Participants.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Participant’s consent, except as required by law or as necessary for Event operations.

  • Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting fireflyconcert@gmail.com.

  • By purchasing a ticket, Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bali, Indonesia.
